I gotta stay out of Gillette. Don't even want to think what they would charge me if I had a flat. 3 tires to buy.

Is that even legal?
Billboards in my area usually rent for $300-600 a month with 12-18 month contracts. And it's legal if its true, but you can't post stuff you can't back up, without legal issues. That said, the billboard/advertisement company might refuse to rent if its going to be controversial. I say do it if ya want to.

I believe I met Chuck the other day. Little dude with an attitude. Even the girl writing up my service request apologized for his attitude. They did get me in and out in good time as I was on the road.

Attitudes are not acceptable in business.

I've been following this thread for the last week and I have to say that I am loving it. I used to live in Gillette and the behavior described here of this dealership is nothing new. He will screw over locals just like he does people passing through. I bought my bikes in Rapid City because I wouldn't buy from them even though they sold new bikes cheaper than Rapid. I would not even go in there and buy a quart of oil. I can't believe the motor company puts up with dealers like this. Gillette is a good town, to bad there has to be businesses like this ruining it. Gillette still has a little bit of the old boom town mentality so there are still a few ******** around trying to make a quick buck.

Well, that answers a question I had, "does chuck treat the locals the same as out of state riders", appears so.
When I sent the Gal at Corporate a copy of my bill from Gillette, I also sent this web site address as she said that the MOCO does watch these forums. Can only hope that at some point they say "holy sh't, we gotta do something about this dealer"...can only hope !!!

Just from reading other people's first hand accounts with Chuck 'Deluxe,' it sounds like he has Borderline Personality Disorder. What a tortured way to live your life, you can't even escape your own self. Chuck probably lacks the life skills to get off this roller coaster and right his wrongs, he simply doesn't know how. Pity the fool.

I had a bad experience with Deluxe around 8 or 9 years ago. I sent the MOCO a couple of letters about it but never heard back from them. Since then I had lost any faith in the MOCO with how they control there dealers. I have to say though I have been treated real good with Black Hills HD in Rapid City. I won't use the Gillette dealer for anything.
