Default Options for shorter rider on Dyna SG

I am 5'7"- 5'8" on a good day. 30" inseam. Just bought 2005 Dyna SG. Having some problems reaching bars. I am also looking to replace the POS stock seat. Never had problems on softails with reaching bars. I am looking at Le Pera bare bones up front but worried about comfort. Also considering C&C solo. I heard bad reports about HD reach plus it's only available on my year as 2up-not crazy about looks either. Corbin close gunfighter is too expensive.
Another option is putting risers on. One guy who is my height put straight 4" or 4 1/2" risers with no pullback.
Bars are another option- was looking at Wild 1 chubby W0560 but need to relocate speedometer and that starts getting expensive. I know that I will also want to change grips at that point as well, so $$$

Default anybody else have this issue?

What is the best thing to do, seat first or risers.
Seat has to go! I had a mustang solo on a heritage springer and it was great.
I don't know if le pera is the best option now.
