The first thing you do prior to bidding/purchasing anything on eBay is to check the seller’s feedback. This dimwit has 50 NEGATIVE feedbacks in the last 12 months! This to me, is an immediate alarm NOT to do business with them. Do your homework guys…
you cannot look at the number of negative feedbacks someone gets as how they are. You cannot please veryone and the guy has over a 99% rating. The more business you do the more you will **** off. What is wal marts approval rating? Dodges?
Fords? Chevys?Hell HDs for that matter.
I have 196 positive feedbacks, no negatives. Had to work at it to keep it that way. There is no way in h3ll I'd bid on something if aseller had 50 negatives in 12 months. Don't care how much he sells..
I bet HD gets thousands of "negative" feedback EVERYDAY. I would buy from anyone who sold over 14k things and only 50 negatives in one year time........
Did I forget to mention the area is full of undocumented aliens and street gangs? Probabably 95%
I am familiar with the area, but obviously they are not ripping people off. They are just drop shipping stuff to customers. Everyone wants to save money but bitches like a school girl when it does not come in on time. The price for cheaper products is drop shipping and longer waiting time. you cannot have both..... Cheap, Fast, Quality... pick only TWO.........

I think if you read the negative feedback on ebay a large part of the complaining is due to bad communication. Sure nobody likes to wait but when you are left with minimal to no response as time passes you do tend to be a bit more distrustful. Throw in some complaints for crappy quality and all of a sudden, you have a lynch mob forming. Fair? Maybe not, but then it gets back to that old issue of communicating better.

i understand communication issues.. but once again probably a side job for extra cash while they work a regular job... crappy quality is not their fault do you think that are manufacturing the parts? they are probably sellin the kuryaken catalog amongst others.....

Well, just received my second package today, no problems, exactly what I ordered, fast shipping and well packed.

Anyone thought that it could just be a couple trying to make a few extra bucks? They may not have their headquarters on 5th Ave, but their site is huge and they have a lot of products on it. Obviously they don't stock anything.

I say good luck to them. At least they're not out on the street hangin' with all the ..... "undocumented aliens and street gangs".

Good news everyone.. my large order shipped today! According to UPS it's too new to show an expected delivery date but its shipping weight is 24 pounds (does that sound about right for 2 gas tanks [left and right side], dash panel set, 2 gas tank caps, petcock and gas tank mounting bolt kit?)

Kind of unusual since this post aired, that all of a sudden that folks
are starting to get their goodies that they ordered & paid for.
Debrix had or has an item on ebay that I'd really like to get for my
scoot, but now I'm not sure that I want to roll the dice on it, in
other words, if you decide to get funny with my money, you're
going to have a heathen to deal with & it ain't gonna be nice.

I bet the guys hitting F5 on this thread & worried sick.

Lets see, he's sold 23,543 items to date on Ebay, well, that's how many feedbacks he's had, plus I'm sure he's sold a lot on his regular web page.

"All positive Feedback" ....... 23,543 Items....... Ebay............ "All positive Feedback. The total number of positive Feedback received for all transactions, including repeat customers."

So I think he's got better things to do that worry about some obscure thread on some forum.

Then again, maybe he's got management consultants in now; advising him on Customer Service & what he can do to improve it.

Maybe you're right though, when you put the order in; .....email him that if there's any problems...... you're a heathen to deal with, and it ain't gonna be nice.

How many negative feed backs do think HD would have if they displayed a rating such as Ebay's ? I think a lot of people would riding something else .
