Just had to outfit myself with some decent gear. Picked up a HD Piston II Vest at the dealer for 50% off. Found a pair of Chippewa 12" Rally Boots at Army Navy store 50% off. Now the question is how long into the spring/summer season will I be able to wear them without keeling over. The vest seems to be good quality, heavy leather, good craftsmanship. The Chippewa boots are kick a$$. By the waySeminole Harley Davidson is having the Bike Week sale on all leather!

 

The HD Piston II vest is outstanding, very heavy duty, and will last for about 743 years. LoL....

They are also a great choice if you plan on adding 'patches', because of the heavy leather and the open back area.

Where are you getting them at 50% off?

Around here they are selling new at the dealers for around $180, and I don't think I've ever seen them at much of a discount.

Wonder if they 'ship' from that dealership.....

I only wear a size "L" in the Piston II, and I'd pick up an extra one just to have for future use if I could find a deal like that...

I'll have to check with the nearest dealerships and see if they will do a 'price match', yeah I know, fat chance. LoL...
