Wrong! The purpose of a horn, at least for me, is to alert someone that I am there. So they don't do something that will cause a need for me to 'react'. If you have to 'react' it might be already too late.

Exactly. A tap on the horn and the car or SUV you see starting to drift into your lane quickly gets back into their lane.
