That cagers are growing more hostile? Not just careless but agressive and outright angry! I drive the Kennedy expressway in Chicago to work everyday. Two days in a row I have been in my lane PAST a merging lane and someone riding on the shoulder tried to bully there way in and they got so close I could kick their car with my boot. And I did. Probably not too smart on my part but damn.....one was a middle age angry looking woman driving a Nissan and the other was a young guy in a psuedo sports car. Be careful folks. I mean I can deal with the careless cell phone stuff I can spot that a mile away by the head bobbing up and down like they are giving themselves head. But this level of **** I haven't encountered in ten years riding in this city.

It's people in general. Look how some settle arguments. Years ago, it was yelling at each other, maybe a fist fight. Now it's guns and killing, thinking they settled it and they can just go on with their life. People just don't see others as people anymore. Just objects. It's almost like the old west mentality. And it's getting worse.

I blame those d@mn "Fast & Furious" movies...
Just another day on the road; just gotta drive your ride as safely as possible.

I used to ride all over Chicago, including the feeder highways, but now tend to stay much further west or south when I ride. It's not enjoyable or worth the risk. Chicago has become Thunderdome.

Ha ha I like the thunderdome comparison. The clouds were gorgeous over the city this morning bitch ruined my ride. I can't tell whether it really is worse or I'm getting more pessimistic as I age.

I personally think each generation just gets more and more spoiled and doesn't realize how good they already have it, they just want more. I hate to see it. Like Jack Nicholson said in Easy Rider "this used to be a helluva good country...". I hope things don't have to go to hell before its realized how good we've really got it.
