RE: What in the world is wrong with
after riding crotch rockets for a few years i was more than happy to have an 88. i love the slow, cruise of a harley and the looks it gets. if i wanted fast im sure i could find another hayabusa at half the price my fb was but i guess im getting older and more mature. im sure its a matter of personal prefence thought.

before the RKC- i had an 03 Yamaha Warrior (102 cubes) that thing had some tire-smoking power..... it was loud, quick, handled well and looked awesome.
i installed high compression pistons.
why?
why not!
however, the 88 is just fine for me. this bike isnt a speed bike. its not a handling bike. its a comfortable, enjoyable bike that looks awesome, handles amazingly well for what it is with wind protection and storage.
will i do a 95"? maybe when i run out of other things to do... but by then, ill want something else!

Your right the TC88 has enough power and when I rode my bike stock it put a smile on my face. I didn't need to, butI added the Big Sucker A/C, V&H, Pipes and download. The combination of the sound and the little extra power turns that smile into a big old cheesy grin. Why do I upgrade? Because i can and it's fun.

RE: What in the world is wrong with
I'm realistic enough to know that my little 88" is plenty. One of the guys I ride with has the same year fatboy as me but got the 95". When we ride, you'd never know it simply because neither of us ride like that. I used to spend some of my free time racinga sport bike and can honestly say I sometimes miss the acceleration of it. So, I'm also realistic enough to know that when I need a rebuild, it's going to be much larger.
