My daughter rode with me

My daughter rode with me
For the first time ever, she was a passenger and rode on the back of my bike. She's 19. Her mother never let her on a bike. Very cool. At first it scared the crap out of her, but after a while she knew I was in total control and got into it.

I'm still workin on getting my 20 yo daughter to ride with me. All her friends have crotch rockets. I think she thinks mine is a fogy bike.

Cool.
I am planning on taking part in a ride to Eureka Springs in May. I have entertained the idea of bringing one of my sons (13 or 15 yrs), but have two dilemmas: Neither has EVER been on any further than a 5 mile ride, and there are no other kids going......

My daughter is 9, and she will get on the back of the Ultra when its over here, and has ridden (in front of me) on my chopper. She used to do the same on my Sportbikes.
All the rides have been VERY short...but she gets the biggest kick out of it. I picked her up from the bus stop on the Ultra once, it's about 3/4 of a mile from the house, and is within our subdivision - but she talked about that ride for WEEKS, and thought that she was a Rock Star getting to 'show-off' to all her friends.
It's very nice to have some way of still 'looking cool' to her...Cuz her opinion is the only one that matters.
peace.

It's a shame she waited so long to get on the back!I guess the wife had lots of say in that conversation! It's cool that she likes it though. Now you 2 have something newto do together.Go for a ride.Stop for lunch and just enjoy the time spent together!
