I took my 30 year old daughter for a ride last summer. Next thing I know she is signed up for the rider's edge course at the local dealer. I baught her a Buell Blast. When she gets a little more experience, I'll get her a Sportster. She's already talking about riding with me to Sturgis. Her husband thinks she crazy, but her two kids think it's great.

 

I have an 8 yr old daughter and a 9 yr old boy. my little girl likes it but my son loves it. we go out for late night rides when possible and he thinks its the coolest thing. he use to say he liked the bikes that you lay down on and not the "other ones" ....until i got my harley and took him for a ride.

 

My youngest is in 8th grade right now. She loves to ride with me. Her big problem is that Mom also loves it!
But, during the summer, while Mom is at work, she gets to go riding with Dad. She is also a member of the PGR and we do missions together.

 

My daughter has ridden with me on and off since the days of my old Sportster. Last summer (age 16) she actually took off with me on the Dyna for the first time. It was nice to have her as a passenger and she's looking forward to doing it again. Still working on the Mrs.

 

My daughter is in the 6th grade and has been riding since she was 7, I got my bike because she loved riding so much that I was always left at home when her and her daddy went out riding.

 

You guys are lucky!! That is very cool.

 

I try to take my 11yr old daughter on a date about once a month on the ultra, She really likes riding. We will just go for a 30 mile ride to eat dinner somewhere andback. Try it if you get the chance. We can not spend enough time with our kids.

 

I plan on letting my 16 year old daughter ride with me later on this spring. I have to get her a decent full face first though.

She can't wait to have Dad drop her off at school on the bike.

My neice (40) has never ridden before, we went for a good ride in February, when we got back my sister in law (61) decided she wanted to ride, she has also never been on a bike before. Looks like I have 2 new riding partners !!!

Good for you! I think that's awesome. My two daughters love jumping on the back! (yes, I make them wear helmets!)
