Man that sucks!! Glad to hear your still among the living, sounds like it could have been much worse. The cager needs to be nailed big time, get a good lawyer and put a hurtin on her.

Anyone who pulls out of a parking lot and runs into another vehicle should be charged with dangerous/reckless driving. [:@]

DITTO. Guaranteed had you been driving a BUS, SHE would be looking for somebody to sue. How can you NOT see a bike coming at you with FIVE lights on the front?

Glad you are still alive to ride another day. Old lady's pulling out and cutting into me is my biggest fear as it happend when I was a kid riding a kz650. Sold the bike the next week. Hope it never happens to me and my hog. Get well soon!
