Default Front forks ABS

Hi fellow riders.
I want to chrome my front end on my 2011 limited. It has ABS. I have a standard front end from my 07 Ultra Classic left over from when I installed a chrome front end. Does anyone out there know if those forks will work on the limited? Thank you, Joey

I believe there is a different part number for front forks with ABS.

Yes, they are different part numbers, but am wondering if they are interchangeable. Some aftermarket say they fit all, some say no....
I don't want to send my 07 set out to get chromed and find they won't work... Thanks, Joey

no, they aren't different part numbers. the different part numbers you see in the parts manual are for left and right, or for the complete fork assembly. otherwise, no difference. in fact, i don't think they've changed since 2000.

the part that is different is the bearing which contains the abs sensor.

Measure them, if the diameter is the same, they will fit, if the length is different, they still fit but change your ride height and steering geometry right?

Like skratch said above they are the same since 2000. The kit in the P&A book list different for abs because it has the spacers and the spacer for the left side is hollow for the sensor for the abs. Just went through this on my 13 limited. The floor salesman at the dealer even told me they were different. So don't trust them.
