2009 superglide anyone no of a bobtail fender that will fit even if it needs some mods

Why them 2 years? Any only them 2 years?

 

Hammer cuttin torch and a welder and anything will fit O.o

 

Like Nubz said you can make anything fit. But if you want a direct bolt on it needs to be those three years: 06, 07, & 08. 05 and earlier dynas had a narrower frame. Harley made the wideglide 06-08 with the same fender spacing as your 09 SG. They didn't make a WG in 09, and in 10 they brought out the current model WG which has a wider fender spacing.

Crazy.

 

Harley sells a bobbed fender kit for 06 and later dynas. I have one on my street bob (notice the avatar picture). I didn't see the part number in the 2013 catalog but a saavy parts person could find it.

The closest you'll get to that is the 06-08 wideglide. The kit that Inspector 12 is talking about has the fender that looks like the one on the new Street Bob, or Softail Slim, or Nightster etc.

 

Not sure if the kit is still available but it is the fender that's now on the fat bob. May just have to piece it out. As far as the softail looking one get out the torch and welder and have at it.
