I'm not siding with the truck driver, he backed up without being aware of what was behind him, he's wrong!! However if you wouldn't have been so tight to him and in a place where you could see him in his mirrors this might not of happened. Glad you weren't hurt and I hope each of the drivers involved learned a little something.

A coworkers bike got backed into in the parking lot. And that was just a pickup.
