Default Jumpy clutch on 2013 Street Glide - Need help

I'm new to Harley's and recently picked up a 2013 Street Glide. I noticed right away that the clutch was kind of jumpy starting off in first gear right as it transitions from slipping to fully engaged. I thought that it might work itself out but I'm at 1200 miles with no improvement.

The clutch is smooth as you start to get moving but right as the clutch catches (before you let the clutch lever all the way out) the bike jumps forward. Not a smooth clutch like my other bike. The dealer tells me there isn't anything they can do. Anyone have any experience with this?

Take it to a different dealer, demand they fix it under warranty

It's that or I replace with a better clutch.
