The legislation was not acted on before the session expired and has been re-introduced.

HR 1076 and S 616 aim at closing the loophole in HIPAA that allows insurance companies to exclude claims for medical expenses due to motorcycle, ATV, boating, and general aviation accident injuries.

Don't let the insurance companies dictate how we lead our lives.

 

Unfortunately I'm in Illinois' 5th. Emanuel was too bust getting Pislosi in her position and is now trying to ram the every child health care bill down everyone's throat. Children of illegal aliens take precedence to motorcyclists, skiiers, water skiiers, snowmobilers....... who ACTUALLY pay for their health care!
