Killed the cat.
K&N air cleaner.
V&H slip-ons.
PowerVision.
I actually put the stock slip-ons back on for a week after killing the cat and installing the PowerVision and I noticed that the "get up and go" felt alot better than having the V&H pipes on there. But I do love the sound of my V&H Fishtails!

As someone already said, the new mufflers flow pretty well. Mine have a little over 18,000 miles on them and the sound has richened up also. I did a stage one AC (which is the real choke point in the system--the cats are actually NOT restrictive) and the H-D download and am pleased with the seat of the pants results. I haven't done mufflers because I want to stay street legal because of the traveling I do (especially through small towns where law enforcement can take an interest in outsiders) and I don't think the SE street legal pipes really represent much of an improvement over my "burned in" stockers.

This is my anniversary month with Harley's, so I'm too old to ever be out of the inexperienced category..but it looks like I'll be riding a little over 20k/yr so I'm learning. I've had a Dyna Super Glide w 96 engine, a Fat Bob w 103...then I bought a RK w a 103. I felt a lot of power drop from the FB to the heavier RK. So, in addition to pipes and breather I've had a set of cams put in the RK. Now it has more power than the FB with the same engine. I wanted that Harley sound and a bike with real power. I'm sooo happy with my RK.

Prices are going to vary, depending on what pipes and the company that made them and that also goes for the air cleaner and tuner. I would imagine it could run anywhere from $1,000 to $2000. But that's from what I've read here.

The cats in your bike are in the pipes, not in the mufflers like my Fatboy.
