Example of LED headlight and Turns
Seems like there is a lot of constant asking about LED light upgrades. I was riding today and had to take a leak so while I was off the bike, I took a photo of what my bike looks like during the day with an all LED front for people to see who might be considering it.
It's a 2012 FXDC with a HD Daymaker LED headlight and I upgraded my front turn signals to Custom Dynamics Dynamic Ringz. The turns change from the bright white LED outer ring to a bright Amber inner circle when the signals are activated. The white LEDs are extremely bright and throw a decent amount of light immediately in front of the bike at night which I like.
The bike is MUCH more visible to oncoming traffic during the day with the LEDs--especially the turns functioning as running lights.
Both installs were plug and play. I do have a CD run-brake-turn installed for the rear where I have CD turns and a BAL2.

HD LEDs all around: Daymaker headlamp, passing lamps, brake light and turn signals. The rear turn signals automatically function as run/brake/turn so a separate module is not required.

I have the Trucklite 6 / Kuryakyn LED headlamp and the driving lamps and could not see my self going back to bulbs. The cars really see me in the daylight and at night, nothing compares to how bright the roads are lit up. Expensive but worth the safety and peace of mind.
