That's one of the links I started with as well. I got to know one of the core developers on my journey who helped get me started. Thanks for the fwd though and I'm open to any suggestions.

version 0.4.4
- tried lightening the toolbar icon row, just trying something new
- fixed more toolbar icons
- changed some roll-over colors
- already think I'll modify the logo some to make straight line instead

Ok, Mozilla has finally approved my theme and its available at:
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/4511/

NOTE: every release update has to go through the approval process so my updates wont be available until the following week or so. Therefore the available version on Mozilla's site is a bit behind my currently released .0.4.4 version.

BUT the good news is that the Mozilla extensions/theme manager should check for updates automatically! That means after they approve at least this current vesion .0.4.4, I will notify you in this thread and you'll want to install the theme from the Mozilla site. Once you've done that, updates will be automatically checked.

[hr]EDIT: Correction! I just got notice that the .0.4.4 version is now available on Mozilla's site. So please install it from there now for easier management.

working great here. I had installed one of your earlier versions from the original thread and was content with that. Just started Firefox and it let me know there was an update available. It d/l'ed it and installed it fine. Came here to HD Forums to see what was being said in the forum about it... glad I did now cause I found out from an above post about making the icons small. Really glad to have found that, much better now.

Nice job dude I like it. Only suggestion I could give is like others have said the icons blend in too much maybe you could add alittle more color. Also when you go to custumize the writing under the icons of the first 3 options is black which is fine but under the rest it's gray and impossible to read with that background.

Says I need to update my Firefox but when I try to it says updates unavailable.

 

I like 0.4.4. Using the grey (gray) on the icon bar makes a big diference in the overall appearance!

I haven't noticed any problems so far!

I am running it on my Win98se machine and it was easy to install and easy to see and use with the small icons option.
