My red sears jack had a hard time sliding under my road king and even more of a challenge to get underthe wife's low rider. I haven't even bothered to try it on the new SG.

Does the J&S sit low enough to slide easily under the bike?

It looks like there are loops on the jack to strap it down, you say that there is no need for strapping it like on the sears one?

The J & S goes as low as 4". It slides easily under my 05 1200 C which neither of the Sears jacks would do. I don't see a need for straps using the J & S.

kpreese, good point. here is the right link..http://discountramps.com/motorcycle-table-lift.htm

I still like the idea of getting it up to a good working height. Seems they would have some sort of attachmtn to get it off the tires while on the table.

I might consider the J&S if my Red jack should fail someday.
So far the Red jack has worked great.

I spent the dough for the J & S jack, and I think it is well worth it. My bike is much too important to me to chance to some product that might not perform every time.

Ride safe.

I've been looking for a good jack. This one is a lot more money than I want to spend on one, but the videos are impressive and it seems like a solid piece of equipment, I guess I will have to bite the bullet and get one. Thanks for the review of it.

I just got off the phone with the place selling the Black Widow motorcycle table lifts...http://discountramps.com/motorcycle-table-lift.htm.

The fellow told me if we can get up at least 5 or more firm commitments to buy one of these will can expect at least $50 off the advertised price. They also offer a small jack to use while the bike is on the table so you can remove the tir/wheels. The jack has a minimum clearance or 3 3/4". He said we could also save some on shipping if anyone could save on shipping (have 2 or more shipped together). This comes with all the hardware as advertised.

Let me if anyone is seriously interested.
