One of Shelby's personal Cobra's just went for 5 million @ a Barrett-Jackson auction...

For $500k - you could buy enough bikes for all your buddies...then you would always have someone to ride with.

I'd be real surprised if most or all of the money isn't going to charity. Although the Teutels have made themselves filthy rich, they do make a point of shuttling some serious $$ to underpriviledged and handicapped kids, battered women, teen mothers, disabled vets, and more. $500K is a lot to us, but the reality is that it's chump change to some of the "beautiful people" who are too good to be on these forums - and thank goodness their cash can be used for something positive.

So... If I go and bid on this bike (just to say I did) is there any chance I will get out bid?

Actually there's no charity involved.Look it up on ebay, the seller claims that none of OCC's theme bikes have gone for under a million so this a rare investment oppurtunity. My a$$

That's almost as bad as paying 600.00 for a Harley Leather Jacket! The price people pay for a name

Thats one of the ugliest bikes I have evr seen. Still its one of a kind and the fools who buy these things have enough money to burn a wet elephant.
