Get a clear plastic hose and siphon it out .
Clear is so you know when to stop before it gets in your mouth .
Or any old simple type of suction device, with a Mr. goodpumpbeing a very good one( auto stores ).
Leave the cap off & let the rest evaporate .
I think I would put a little stabil in the gas first for the gas left in the carb .

She is actually has a 'variable rate'...After reading her manual, I found out that she can be adjusted 'on the fly' by applying presure to a spot on the backof her head.

Disconnect the feed line from the petcock, and take off the fuel cap.
