Same here as far as the looks went, that's what my decision was based on for the Bigshots Long, they looked SWEET, but were just too loud.

Before I got my bike, I was sold on Rineharts. However, since I got my bike, funds haven't always been what I would like, so I settled for methods of modifying my bike. Currently, I am running V&H Monster Rounds that I bought from a forum member, and love them. I think they sound better than the Rineharts, with a deeper rumble. Even with the fiberglass wrapping still in place.

Strictly a subjective opinion. How can anyone know what you like to hear? This is one of the more inane polls. Listening to someone's pipes on youtube is idiotic because so much of the sound depends on the manner in which it was recorded and the equipment used to record the sound. Not to mention the speakers used for playback. I work in the recording business, I could make your favorite sounding pipes sound like crap with just a little tweaking. Decide what YOU like and go buy it.

2) Rineharts

I like the sound and that's what I bought for my bike.

If I only choose between those two I have to say V&H. I'm not a fan of Rineharts.

This is like asking Ford or Chevy. Kind of silly...but I go with Rush.

If it's gotta be V&H or Rhinehart, I vote Vance & Hines High Output slip-ons, hands down.
