Looks like no new helmet law for MT. The legislative hearing was attended by about 5 from healthcare (ER docs, etc.) in favor ofthe law, and maybe 60 against it (media said 'dressed in full regalia' LOL). The bill was quickly tabled by the committee hearing the bill, and it would be tough for it to come off the table at this point.
