I'd have thought that you could "fix" the LED turning deadspots by angling the aux lamps outward from the TOP mark 15 or 20 degrees... so while you were in a turn the High side aux lamp would be closer to horizontal in relationship to the road surface.

I'm not sure how much that light pattern would affect oncoming traffic though.

Right....aiming straight ahead might just blind traffic. I have pm'd 05RKCRider, who has done the passing lamps himself for info. I'd hate to have to take the turn signals off twice, to aim the passing lamps.
