Have some friends who also ride and will be preparing a meal after a good long ride back at my hacienda.
I figured something like hotwings for an appetizer, mesquite ribeye or ny steak for dinner with a baked tater.
I thought about pickled eggs and bologna for an appetizer, but Imight getpoo'poo'd
I drank large amounts of sudz and pickled eggs at a run down bar once and it affected me terribly.[:'(]
The waitress...well. She was nice. She wore tight jeans, bootsand a leather top

Man that sounds good. Mmmm
Simple is sometimes the best
Let me know what time to be there to eat

Simply salt and pepper one or more Tri-Tip roasts, Bar-B-Q to 140 degrees (about 45 min)...pull and tent on a board with foil while they get HAPPY. Pull from the Fridge, the bowl of mayo you prepped earlier with lotsa real minced garlic, some horseradish, fresh ground pepper, maybe a little Tabasco all mixed in. Put the bowl on the counter with a couple of spoons next to a bag of fresh, soft French Rolls, (already sliced open). Pull the tent after 10 or so minutes, slice thin and slide onto a platter, juice and all. Ring the bell for the best tasting, (self serve) sandwiches ever...Oh, and lotsa cold beer and shots...you'll have yer party spending the night!

How about a big pot of gumbo? You can make it the day before. It's always better the second day!
