You could always do shish kabobs with different meats and veggies. Just have them ready to go on the grill when you get home, have a few beers while cooking and then enjoy.

The main course would be beer followed by a biker babe stripper to keep with the biker theme. I wouldthen have more beer and maybe an all you can eat microwaved hotdog and chip buffet.

Have some friends who also ride and will be preparing a meal after a good long ride back at my hacienda.
Simply salt and pepper one or more Tri-Tip roasts, Bar-B-Q to 140 degrees (about 45 min)...pull and tent on a board with foil while they get HAPPY. Pull from the Fridge, the bowl of mayo you prepped earlier with lotsa real minced garlic, some horseradish, fresh ground pepper, maybe a little Tabasco all mixed in. Put the bowl on the counter with a couple of spoons next to a bag of fresh, soft French Rolls, (already sliced open). Pull the tent after 10 or so minutes, slice thin and slide onto a platter, juice and all. Ring the bell for the best tasting, (self serve)sandwiches ever...Oh, and lotsa cold beer and shots...you'll have yer party spending the night!
