dig a pit...have real hog roast...almost a lost art
The best pig roast I ever had - the guy stuffed the pig carcase with whole chickens and apples. Cooked it all day long and man - was that good. Don't forget the beer!

For the HD Forums SW Rally the wife and I are going to host a get together at our house the afternoon before the ride. We are going to do BBQ brisket, pinto beans, and potato salad.

When it comes to feeding bikers quanity is more important than quality.

Regards,

Bill

Now that sounds like fun. I love roast pig. Haven't thought about that in a long time. Mmmmmm... good.[sm=smiley20.gif]

Pig roast sounds good but a little too involved for an after ride deal unless you have someone taking care of it while you're on the road. Can't go wrong with some steaks or burgers on the grill and some cool beverages imo!

I'm with Coaster. Pig roast sounds great, but that means they're ridin' and I'm not.
Barbecued ribs, homemade potato salad, corn on the cob and buckets of beer.

A real biker would fix fish heads and rice with possum gravy.
I have changed my mind. I dont want to be a real biker.
