I've ordered stuff from them a few times over the last 6 years or so. Only issue I ever had was an item that was on back order forever, but they still charged me for it up front. I waited and waited and waited until I got fed up and cancelled the order. The back order was a manufacturer issue and not Phat's fault, but I was aggravated that they held onto my money for so long waiting on the part to come in. Got a prompt refund, and I have no hesitation ordering from them. I just ordered some fork springs from them in the last week or 2.

 

I ordered from them several times when I had my previous bike, never had a problem.

 

Ordered a couple of times, they were good to deal with.
