Anybody know the story on this company. I have been trying for multiple weeks to buy something from them. Phone calls and emails go unanswered then finally have communication with them. A lady takes my request says she will get back to me with prices and nothing is happening. Very disappointed, don't know what their problem is. suggestions or answers?.?.?.company is hardbagger.com.

 

I've never had any dealings with them but it sounds like they don't need or want your business. I'd get another company for my bags.

 

I agree that if it takes this kind of effort you may be dissapointed in the long run.


However, it seems there have been a collection of people who have successfully bought stuff from them.

Just go somewhere else, for some reason they don't want your money and satisfaction. If they can't answer a call or an email why would they build quality stuff, it must be crap.
