C'mon people... your bike is nice, but think before you price.

Most probably really don't want to sell unless they get way more than it's worth. Maybe their OL told them to sell, they price really high and tell the OL......"nobody is offering anything so I have to keep it", lol.
I would look somewhere else other than CycleTrader.

In case there isn't anyone here tired of my unsolicited (and probably dumbassed) opinions... THIS is how you sell a bike.

Dude asking low to mid Blue Book... but has thousands in it in custom paint, accessories and upgrades. Why? Because the paint is goofy and not everybody will like it... and you simply don't get the money back on upgrades.
I'm seriously considering buying this one if he still has it...

Not much sells at book retail. Mid book they sell.

I gave up looking at used ones, for a few thousand more I could get the color I wanted and new. If it ever comes time to sell, you can buy a chrome original or mine for more, your choice, you either want it different or don't care. It eats nothing parked here.

I had this issue last May when I was looking for a Streetglide that was a couple years old. I could not believe the prices on these used bikes. 80-90% of new was the norm. I said not me and bought my first new Harley ever. Glad I did too.

Buy from the 10% that want to sell. Lots of folks still owe on their bikes and are looking to get out of financing. Trouble is that if you take a 7 year loan you are never able to get into the black until the late, late years. People who try to get out early ask what they owe.

I looked for a used Harley on Craigslist and cycletrader for months. Many of the bikes were (IMO) over priced, but as people already said, owners cherish their bikes. Just be patient and keep looking, eventually you will find deal you are looking for.
