Default Exhaust heat shields

riding down to Daytona and stopped for the night in North Carolina. Went to wash my bike and noticed the one hear shield right before the right muffler was a bit loose. Seems that the rear worm clamp has broken off the heat shield. I know theres a bracket on the back side of the heat shield that the clamp goes through so it appears that the bracket broke free of the heat shield. Anyone know if this is repairable or does it take getting a new heat shield? Thanks

Get a new one. Anything short of new spot welds won't last and spot welds ... well you know what the chrome will look like.

Sort of figured. Extended warranty comes in handy again.
