Very well put. The thing is I decided to to do all at one time. It has taken me months of saving, and work. When you put all the small things in order plus the big things all at once you get more bang for your bucks. Least wise that is how I see it.
Yes it is a reworked crank Welded, pined, trued and balanced. The engine has tim.. bearings. I was close to getting a new brakeout cvo but decided to do this instead. Save a bundle doing it this way. I piked up the 05 super glide with 11,000 on it for just under $6,000. I have a cvo SG for touring and my wife has a ss106 wide glide to ride around locally. This is my toy to play on.


Oh, we only have a 1/8 mile track up here so 8 is in the 1/8th. I should have disclosed this. All 3 tracks close by are 1/8th tracks. High 11's to low 12's sounds about right in the 1/4.

 

Im not, although SOME harley riders are fat. Some people become harley riders just because they would look regoshdarnrediculous on a sportbike.
