High winds suck and big trucks passing or you passing them in high winds really suck. I have been caught many times in those conditions and don't like it particularly on highways in the mountains.
I have called a few rides off due to high winds... but if your on a trip and you get caught in it you ride it out. Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota can be a real PITA when the wind is gusting 40+ mph... wears ya down!

It depends on my mood and the wind speed. If I have a big trip planned then I usually don't cancel for anything short of a death in the family.
