Default WCC VS Big Dog Motorcycles???

How is really Big Dog against West Coast Choppers motorcycles??? Same league? Different concepts?

Can you enlighten me on this one. I've never ridden either, but I've been to the Jesse James shop many times I could only speak for what I've seen there. Never seen a Big Dog bike.

Best regards,

Mimo.

Both look nice to me. I have seen them both, but never ridden either one.

The difference is that a WCC is a true, one off custom build, where the BD is a mass production bike.
TIH, Saxon, Big Bear, Dragon etc. are all trying to follow the lead of BD.
The WCC will probably cost three times more, but I feel they are "the"exoctic namein a crowded custom market..
My dream bike is a WCC Diablo, but I wouldn't kick a BD K-9 out of my garage either!.

Have a friend with a Big Dog , nothing but problems ! The dam thing is always broke down , great looking bike but he is having a lot of problems. He actually had the frame crack on it at like 1000 miles .

I saw a Big Dog for sale about 2 weeks ago in a store near my house. I looked it over and was not impressed. Maybe the previous owner didn't polish the wheels and paint but to be honest the bike looked like it came from Sears. All the metal especially the wheels and even the paint were dull and had zero "pop". I've never seen a West Coast bike in person, but I'm always amazed by their quality of finish.

Check out this link. I love this site, theyhave an owner'sreview on tons of bikes.

not even close!!!! WCC is just as cookie cutter as any other custom builder out their. He has a full line of parts available form any of the big wholesalers made right in the good ole US...... no wait CHINA

Big Bear went after the bike market in a different way and their profits are showing. They are the profitable and fastest growing custom bike manufacture.

My Brother and his Wifes Brother both have Big Dogs. Not a problem yet. Both very nice bikes. I think unless you get a custom Jesse built bike you get bikes built withparts you can get for other bikes. Same with OCC.

So far I have only seen one BD, I have seen plenty of WCC... speechless, pure beauty. Yes my favorite is the "el diablo" and then the "CFL" frame. As for the OCC bikes, sorry... I don't like 'em at all.

Regards.

Mimo.
