The spherical rod-ends are adjustable.

i think it was just the pic making it look low, it seems to be angled up pretty far and is actually more comfortable to keep my foot on the peg with my toes under the brake. also i noticed i had the peg folded up in that pic so that might be part of it

any idea what this plug is? just noticed it after getting back from a quick little ride. yes i know the bike needs cleaned lol just got back
(edit: plug is located between battery box and exhaust pipe)

Nevr-dull OK for the chrome?

I tried taking the passenger pillow off today and it looks great except I don't know what to do with the little black rubber things that protect the fender from the passenger seat do most just leave them on sticking out after taking the passenger seat off?also should the bars flex forward and back at the bottom of the risers while not movingif you push or pull them a little bit?

It definitely looks like the previous owner put a front control extension kit on the bike. You should be able to bring them back 2-3".

the risers are rubber mounted...isolates some vibration. they shouldn't move a bunch though.

is it normal for this bike to make metalic popping and pinging noise WHEN PARKED AND SHUT OFF after mile and a half ride in this weather? its been right around 30 deg when i had it out most times. i think i also may have heard a whistle from the exhaust a few times when i shut it off? possible lean condition? normal?
