His maps seem very close, even if somewhat different due to pipe or AC brand. With a close map installed by himfor your bikes setup it will at least allow you to safely ride bike to have dynoed.
I agree with pittguy, but Iwill give Fuel Moto a little more credit than being close enough to safely drive to the dyno.On my last bike a 05 RoadkingI ran his map and had the bike dyno tuned. Theend resultfrom the dyno tune was only slight. My current07 Ultra runs awesomeand they helped me out with 2 maps.

I have a laptop, but don't know anything about the throttle position and changing it either. I hope it has instructions on adjusting it when I get one. Should be here any day now.

Even if you geta MAP thatseems good, it won't be as good as it can be when properly tuned on a Dyno.
There are just too many variables on each bike and add-ons that no one tune for each combination cantruly be right.

I have a fuelmoto PC III, Jamie loaded a program for my SE air cleaner and rinehart slip ons. I rode with that map until the thousand mile mark and took it in for a dyo. The dyno guy got 4 more HP and 2 more for torque, so the map Jamie loaded was pretty good.

My understanding isthat if the throttle % is not zeroed out using the PowerCommander software, all the numerical values in the fuel table mapwill not be calibrated to their corresponding throttle position. The numbers you see in the boxes on the fuel map table are a percentage of fuelplus or minus the stock fuel setting for a given rpm and throttle position. A number 5 in the box for 1000 rpm & 0 % throttle position, means a 5% richer fuel setting than stock. A negative number for the same setting would mean a 5% leaner fuel setting than stock. If you don't zero out the throttle when the engine is at idle, all the other settings will be off by that particular value. I could be off base on this, but that has been my understanding.
