House or bike?

RE: House or bike?
Whew...I'm taking a beating on this one...Honestly, I bit off more than I can chew when I bought this house. And have been hereonly a couple of years and still have 28 more years left tp pay on this house. and will be around 80 when I pay it off.I have a place to live once I sell it, and it is just me and the dog.The way Isee it, houses are over-inflated in the Midland-Odessa area by 70-80% and the market will drop big time in the next couple of years. Am planning on transferring out of here when something opens up and taking the profit from this one, and putting down a hefty down payment on something less expensive when i transfer.

I'll chime in with all of the other responses, keep the house, sell the bike. If you have a chance, buy a less expensive bike (read-metric) or an older HD. The bike is a luxury, a place to live is a necessity. If you sell the house now, just think how much money you'll be losing over the next few years if the market where you are keeps going up. Here in NY, the market is about flat or on the downturn. Under those circumstances, I'd still keep the house and sell the bike. It's easier to replace a motorcycle than buy another house.

Life is made up of your memories. So my question is where do you want your memories to be?
1. In the same place for the rest of you life?
2.or seeing what is around the next trun?
I guess it all depends on what you want. But it is your money. So do what ya gota do.
