Has anyone here converted or built a Cafe Racer, If so post your pic so we can see, I saw this Sporty for sale on Sunday and it started me wondering how many Harley Cafe Racers there were.

In the Sportster section there is already a pretty substantial tread about this.

Thanks Idiot. I wonder how my Softail FL Springer would look as a Cafe Racer? Maybe someone that's good with photo shop or one of those programs could do one up. It would be different for sure I'm thinkin.

It would be wierd. I've never seen a racer without exposed shocks. Plus it would be mainly for looks, the springer front end wouldn't be as good as say an inverted showa or ohlins that was properly set up. I'd actually like to take the top one up there out on a track and tear it up.

I agree it wouldn't look right which is why I'd probably like it.

Cafe racers are sick especially a well done sportster cafe racer. I know they used to have a show about building cafe racers. I don't know if it is still on. Other than the sportster built cafe racers I like the triumph bonneville stock form Cafe style motorcycle.
