It can get too cold for me to ride here in Florida...I don't enjoy the ride unless it's around 75 or higher. Close to 80 today.

As long as the sun is out, 30-40 degrees are riding temps here in Michigan.

It's been getting down into the lower 20's in the outlying Phoenix area the last four nights, highs in the mid forties.

You are right, I'm used to the 110 degree heat in the summer and it sure seems cold to me right now.

Good news is the temps are supposed to climb back to normal in the next few days.

Rode some mornings here when it's been in the 20s. That's chilly. My face gets the worst of it. I need something better for the lower half than what I have now and a pair of heated gloves or grips might be nice but other than that it's not too bad. Just have to bundle up. The wind on the freeway is the killer.

Don't do it dude, save your money. So you have a few days of chilly weather, suck it up or don't ride. I mean how bad can it be for just a few days. In no time you'll be back to your normal year 'round riding weather. Something we in colder climates find 2 or 3 months away.

I rode this weekend. I'll ride to dinner tomorrow night. The right gear makes all the difference.

Don't do it! I've been riding the last couple of morning. 29 degrees at 6am at 80mph is not fun in jeans, but it's going to be back in the 40s in the morning and 70s in the afternoon this week. I think our cold spell is over for the next 20 years!
