I feel 19 again when I ride. So I ride every day that I can.

Most all of us are on the same page for the reasons why we ride.Mine also has others twists that really draws me to two wheelers.Have been a drag racer, road racer all my adult years and before that.My vehicles reflect that,my latest V8 addition is impossible to describe other than it is all about accelleration.Nothing but a motorcycle can give a person that thrill, being out in the open air and hoping the handlebars can stand the strain without bending.

Asking "why do you ride" is like asking "why do you breathe?"

You don't know why, you just know it's vital to you.

I will tell you what it means to me, i enjoy the smell's that you dont get while driveing a car especially that bar-b-que cooking something good while cruising down the road, or that nasty what the hell was that smell. the urge to hit the throttle go thru the gears on a nice winding road.the feel the power that you sit on. and it gives you alot of quality time to think or in some cases talk to your self.
i could go on and on been doing it for years and love it. also having good conservations with others you meet on the road and the courious questions you get from people that dont ride........ So Why Do You Ride?
None of yer phukin' business.

ive ridden for 12 years all year round everyday , and do around 15-30,000 miles per year on whatever I ride be it my old r1 -fireblade , my trumpet bonnie or Harley, its the getting there not the destination that's important for me , the brotherhood , the sounds, smells , the connecting with the bike as one , the speed the cruising .. as my family says if I bleed I bleed oil ,its part of me and always will be 100%.i don't drive as detest cars .The look and sounds and when I used to be able to knee down the feeling of the rush . there ya go lol. no matter what I ride I consider my self a 200% biker/rider not a sunny day rider , tho each to their own.

I started riding because as a little kid I watched my Dad ride all the time. As soon as I was old enough to ride on the back of his bike I would and I loved it. Then he gave me my first motor bike when i turned 7. I've been hooked since; some 33 years total with some 14 motorbikes.

My dad is 66 years old and rides every damn day that weather permits.
