Who picked these components for you? If they have done a number of similar builds they should be able to provide you the dyno numbers based on past builds.

What is your run out like, will the gear to gear cams work?
If you got too much run out you may be shooting yourself
in the foot, unless you have your crank reworked.

Are you doing throttle body work with that build?

Not my area of expertise so I can only repeat what my indy told me. I guess the run out can be measured with a dial indicator and he said we were good to go...I hope so.

Was also advised I didn't need to do anything to the TB at this time. I am just about out of cash.

As a huge gear drive fan (with a zillion successful miles on my bike,) I will tell you that there is no way in hell I would run gear drive cams with a stock '07 crank.

Run the hydraulic tensioners in case that crappy crankshaft scissors, or prep the crank so that it won't break...trued and welded.

I run gears in my bike and am very happy with 'em. But I'm in the same mindset as Stiggy with running the chain drive cams in an '07. But if your wrench has measured the run out and is going to stand behind his build, what the hell, go for it.

The pipes are probably going to hurt your overall numbers. Same with the throttle body size (lots of lift to feed with those 585's). But you can always revisit those areas after you come into some extra cash. With the right compression on those 585's, and a good tune, no reason not to expect at least 110tq/110hp on the build.

Good luck to ya.

After some of the posts I read here and on other searches I called S & S and spoke with them directly. I have decided to go with an S&S 52mm throttle body lit (has the manifold and injectors).

Also on the crank they said no more that .003 runout is their position and .004 -.005 is borderline but they would not recommend it. I am going to measure it myself and if it's out more I'll find the money to have the crank done rather than pay later!
