Dark Glasses
#31
Geezr,
I'm from the Scranton area also. If you want a nice ride, take Rt 6 thru Honesdale, Hawley into Port Jervis then turn north on Rt. 97 on the NY side. It follows the Delaware River thru "Hawks Nest". Beautiful ride.
I like dark sunglasses myself. I wear Oakley's with their darkest lens, it only allows 7% light thru. When dusk nears, these glasses are so dark, you have to get them off. Though they aren't padded.
You also might want to try the mountain climber/back country sunglasses. They are very dark also, they're meant for the bright sun on snow at higher elevations.

The Wiley-X with the full mirror coating is darker than the flash mirror. Mine are all Rx but I have one pair that is so dark that I can hardly see at all in a tunnel. I live them.
