Someone told, not asked me that I need a windshiled on my bike. My answer if I wanted a windshiled I would have bought a Convertable!

 

I agree that no one should be telling you what you need or don't need on your bike. We should all decide for ourselves what suits us best.

That being said, I don't have a windshield because I have a Batwing. It's much more efficient at blocking the wind and cold when riding down the highway at 70+ MPH. I usually take it off on short trips and when I'm riding on country roads.

 

The only one that tells me anything is the OL an I only listen to her half the time!!

I used to say that until I rode with a windshield the first time...

 

Windshields are for ***** azz old timers who can't take the wind in their face anymore.

 

I always said that I would get a windshield when I turn 40. I guess I still have 2 more years of eating bugs.

 

Just isn't my bag, Baby. And I'm 43, for the record.

 

Way past that....guess I'll put that on my "when I turn 60 list" with the boards, cupholders and stereo speakers.....

 

I have a windshield because I enjoy the ride more. As long as I have a smile on my face I don't give f**k what anyone thinks.
