I wear a full face and windshields cause buffetting nearly most of the time I'm riding. Plus, it just kills the look of the bike.

I've done trips through the mountains where it's barely 40f and I've survived, so I'll continue to ride without.

I had a HD QD windshield for my Street Bob...I hated it and rarely ever used it.

Since purchasing the Heritage, I've never taken the windshield off...

And while we are talking about windshields. Anyone who rides with a windshield or puts bags on their scoot, are *****'s.

I wanted to say this for a while. I guess it is good time too, with the world coming to an end tomorrow.
Thank goodness I have a ******* and ******* because I have both a windshield and bags. The last I checked I still like chicks and T&A. I guess your theory has it's flaws.

I have one but only used when it's below 60, when it's hot I want all the wind I can get. Also, I think my Deuce looks better without a shield.

Ouch!!
I live in northern Pennsylvania and am still riding, my personal record is 25 degrees, and ride 25+ miles to work whenever the roads are dry.
I put the wind shield on when it is 50 degrees or below, just to block the wind off my chest and make it bearable. To each his own.
I do prefer to ride without it, weather permitting.
I will assume your bike is now in the garage and not being ridden.
I would rather be a ***** azz old timer that rides than one who just talks about it.

I'm impressed that at 69 you can still hold up that "chick-bike" all by yourself.

I live about 40 miles north of Fort Worth, and have found one big difference between city riding and country road riding - BUGs! I don't want to wear a full helmet unless it its cold, so I just bought a Windvest, the smallest one 14 inch. I have tried to go without one, for looks, but if I want to ride more - need some protection.

The dude who sold me the bike raved about how great it was to ride with the windshield on. All comfy and stuff. That windshield won't see the light of day for the most part unless I go on a long trip on a real cold azz day. Not a fan of the look at all.
