Pair of MIL issue steel toes that I broke in and love, had them re-soled with a set of Vibram lug soes.

 

been on a quest for the perfect riding boot....Ariats are stylish but airish and fit nice, grip good, perfect for summer i reckon...had some great Red Wings that i loved which mysteriously disappeared(guess they got too old and wifey snitched em for the garbage[:@])....had HD boots which were just ok but clunky[sm=smiley11.gif]....BUT, just got my new CruiserWorks...havent worn em cause i got the wrong size...they run small...the lady at CW was very gracious and sent another pair out no charge and is also payin the return shippin[sm=smiley20.gif]....excellent CS IMO...the CW's looked like excellent boots with a good lining and the leather was top notch...heel & sole werent frankenstienish....did get one boot on and it felt great...i have a high instep, the other didnt want me at all...so next week i can tell all yall about how they wear...i'm excited

I am a Doc Marten freak and thats all I wear for work and riding, but I just bought a pair of HD boots off of eBay, so we'll see if they can compare to my Docs.

 

For leisure riding, Cruiserworks boots. When I ride to work (as long as the temps are above freezing), my black Justin Basics. They work well as "professional looking" but still have an oil resistant sole. For running/working out New Balance cross trainers.

Any other time, one pair of Justin boots or another...

Have 12 pairs of them & wear them just about all the time.

My dad's buddies get annoyed at the way I dress when I ride with them so I also have Red Wing steel toe/shank boots.

I'm kinda into shoes...so I always have something to wear that suits the situation. Cowboy boots, timberlands, workboots, Jordans...whatever.

 

In the cold I wear Justin lace up ropers.I dont like them though. Had a pair of Redwing lace up ropers I liked. Wore em out and now I cant find em anymore. Saw a pair of SWAT boots that looked good. Might get a pair of those.
For summer New Balance cross trainers. Yes even when I ride. Gonna get a pair of Vans though.

 

Combat boots or Skechers.

I just have my deserts that I wore in Iraq but I'm in the market for some old style, black leather tanker boots.

 

Chippewa engineer boots.

 

10 inch black justin work boots. extremely comfortable with rubber soles.
