Default powder coating question

Does anyone here do there own powder coating? I'm restoring an indian scout and have been powder coating all the smaller parts. i was wondering if there is a way to touch up a part that you powder coated and maybe get a small blemish like a fish eye or smudge where maybe you bumped it putting it in the oven. with out sandblasting the part and starting over again.
any help would be appreciated.

Color? Most colors can be sanded and reshot. Candy, metallic and translucent colors can be as well but its not recommended. I'd sand it down with 220 and reshoot a light coat with complete coverage, lower KV's and make sure you have a dedicated ground.
