You should send your butler to check out the items and pick them up in person.
I've never had a problem with their service. When I go there the service is even better.

 

Hmm. Surprised to hear. Hubby and I have bought a CRAPload of stuff from them, since 2007, not one problem, always found them very customer service oriented.

 

I don't know, I have had good service from them and called there tech line also, which was very helpful. I can't say a bad thing about them. I do hope you get it worked out though.

I have bought from them for many years - not the cheapest but the service has always been great - Most of the time my order is shipped the day of or the day after I place it! They also have a huge inventory - many companies on the net - get your order & then they order it & when they get it they ship it to you a week or two later - They also also have the best catalog on the planet!

Has anyone heard how John's health is doing - I think he was in need of a transplant?

 

I purchased some tires from them with no problems. The techs answered my questions and I even got a follow-up from one of them, just to make sure everything went well. I'll buy from them again.
