6'3 7/8" 309 pounds as of yesterday. Now that I am out of the Army I pack a bit around the middle but I ran a 8 min mile yesterday so I am not that out of shape. I maxxed my bench about 2 months ago after a 2 month workout regime to max my bench. 455 for 2 reps. Squats are hard for me now after fallin out of airplanes and helicopters for 12 years, but the legpress is over 800 (I don't know how much the sled actually weighs)
