I Do know what you're going through. Have had to bear it myself after 25 years. She's watching over you, will keep you safe as you did for her. Therapy?. Best I know is your ride. Do it as much as you can. The distraction can save your life. May God Bless and keep you. You will be together in another life. Make her proud of her decision to be with you while she could. Remember what does"nt kill us makes us stronger. But I never asked to be this strong.
