Hatchetman - I'm sorry for your loss and pain. I wish I could do or say something to ease it all. My thoughts and my prayers are with you.

Father,We pray for Hatchet, today Lord. His partner, friend, confidant, and Love of his life, is gone. We pray she is with you, Lord. Safe comfortable, healed, and rejoicing in Your glory. But Father, Hatchet is still here, heartbroken, devastated, and feeling abandoned. Our prayer is that You comfort him. Let him feel your breath upon his soul. Feel Your strength fill his spirit, and allow him to rejoice in the fact, that his soul mate is now Your soul mate. Your word says that You are the "God who comforts." We ask, in the name of Jesus, that You would bring comfort, and help him remember all the good times, as well as the not so good, and be ever so grateful, that You, O God, brought her into his life to make him complete, just as You planned it. Lord, may his mourning be short, but complete, give strength, to carry on in this world, and May he Glorify You, by showing the world, who his hope is in. Father, we cannot console nearly good enough, as we'd like to. but if we leave him in Your capable Hand, then, we know he's in the hand of the Master comforter. Father, please take good care of his wife, but also please take good care of our friend, hatchet. You have always loved him, and You always will. In Jesus name we pray.
